Clinical Ordering Workflow
HealthyMentis provides a structured and traceable ordering process designed for clinician-initiated neurometabolic assessments.

Download the clinician order template and complete the required clinic and patient information.
For each patient, clinicians select the appropriate assessment pathway based on the primary symptom domain or clinical indication:
NAP — Neurometabolic Attention Profile
For patients with diagnosed or suspected ADHD condition.
NEP — Neurometabolic Energy Profile
For patients with diagnosed or suspected comorbid conditions such as depression, anxiety and fatigue.
The order form supports:
- orders for either a single patient or multiple patients
- clinician-initiated feasibility collaborations.

HealthyMentis will review and confirm the order, and issue an invoice.
- Assessment Kit
Preparation and Delivery
Upon receipt of payment, HealthyMentis prepares the assessment kits for each patient.
Each kit includes:
- detailed instructions for use, symptom questionnaire,
- four dried urine sampling cards,
- and a pre-addressed return envelope.
Kits may either:
- be shipped directly to the clinician, or preferably,
- sent directly to patients for home-based sample collection.

Laboratory
Measurements
Patients collect four dried urine samples at home over approximately 12 hours and complete the structured questionnaire.
The completed anonymized questionnaire and dry urine samples are sent directly to our partner laboratory for testing. The resulting data is then used in our neurometabolic analysis.
- Neurometabolic Assessment and Clinical Reporting
HealthyMentis performs the neurometabolic assessment and generates two reports:
Clinician CDS/TxO Report
A biology-informed clinical decision support and treatment design report for clinicians and researchers.
Patient Report
HealthyMentis provides clinicians with an individualized report for each patient, designed to support interpretation of neurometabolic patterns, symptom relationships, and relevant nutritional considerations. Reports are delivered digitally to the ordering clinician, with HealthyMentis available for interpretative consultation and case discussions as needed.
